Yes! We accept Washington State and City of Seattle subsidies. Please note that subsidy approval and payment confirmation must be received prior to the start of care.

Families will be notified by 6:00 a.m. of any snow, weather-related, or emergency closures. Closure decisions are based on road conditions and staff availability, as some staff commute from areas outside Seattle where roads may be less safe or plowed. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible and minimize closures when conditions allow. Thank you for your understanding during circumstances beyond our control.

Yes. We are committed to providing high-quality care to all children. We welcome children with medical needs, developmental delays, and behavioral needs, and we partner closely with families as each child grows and their needs evolve. We also value and honor children’s home cultures and strive to create opportunities for children to experience, interact with, and learn alongside people of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and abilities.

We are committed to keeping children in care whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so. We have an expulsion-prevention policy designed to support children who may display challenging or aggressive behaviors. When concerns first arise, we partner with families to develop a safety plan for the child and classroom. In some situations, this may include asking a child to go home for the day if behaviors escalate and we are unable to safely support them at that time. If we reach a point where we can no longer provide safe care for all children, we will work with families to explore alternative care options. This policy is fully outlined in our Family Handbook.

The wait list fee is $250, which secures your place on the wait list for enrollment.

Deposits are applied to the final month’s tuition, provided that a minimum of 30 days’ notice is given and all withdrawal policies are followed.

Your spot reservation payment is simply pre-paid tuition — it guarantees your child's spot and is 100% applied toward your tuition balance. The amount depends on how far in advance you register:

• Within 3 months of your start date: $500

• 3–6 months in advance: Half a month's tuition for your scheduled classroom

• 6 months or more in advance: One full month's tuition for your scheduled classroom

The registration fee is $250 and is a one-time payment upon official enrollment.
